FFmpeg 8.1.2 — corresponding source (LGPL v2.1)

Complete corresponding source for the ffmpeg and ffprobe programs bundled with Konformista, Konformer, and Kontroller (Fixed Frame Ltd.). This is an LGPL-only build of FFmpeg 8.1.2 — no --enable-gpl, no --enable-nonfree, no external libraries — used as separate programs, not linked into the app. See LGPL-2.1.txt.
